1475th meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (DH)

In the period from September 19 to 21, 2022, in Strasbourg, Republic of France, was held1475. meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (hereinafter: the Committee of Ministers) which is dedicated to the supervision of the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

Nand subjects from the group of subjects were also on the agenda of the meetingJevremović against Serbia, which refer to the duration of proceedings before domestic courts and are under increased supervision.

After considering the revised Action Plan submitted by the Republic of Serbia, in which the individual and general measures taken in order to implement this group of cases were presented, the Committee of Ministers adoptedthe decision and called on the state to submit new information in accordance with the comments made by June 30, 2024.

Also, the Committee of Ministers passedfinal resolution in the subjectVilotijević v. Serbia and decided to end his supervision.
