In the judgmentHammer,The court dismissed the applicant's complaints regarding the terms of serving the sentence as clearly unfounded, and concluded that there was no violation of Article 3 of the Convention regarding the complaints related to the applicant's tuberculosis and the adequacy of the treatment provided to him. The case refers to the conditions during the applicant's prison sentence in the Penal Correctional Institution in Sremska Mitrovica and the adequacy of the tuberculosis treatment provided to him.
