Opening of the Judge 2024. European Court of Human Rights and Court Seminar

TraditionallyOpening of the Judge of the European Court of Human Rights 26. January 2024 was held in Strasbourg, Republic of France, to whom, to the invitation of the President of the Court of Siofra on Lari (Síofra O'Leary), attended the representative of the Republic of Serbia before the European Court of Zoran Jadrijević, youthful.

The event included a court seminar on "reviewing subsidiarity in the time of joint responsibility" in the impact of protocol number 15 to subsidiary, constitutional remedial assets, age of subsidiarity and re-exit process, and about national courts to subsidiarity. The introductory speech at the court seminar held the President of the European Court.

After the seminar, a festive session was followed by the official opening of the Judge 2024. years.

During his stay in Strasbourg, the representative of the Republic of Serbia met with the Judge of the European Court of Human Rights Branko Lubard.
